Every $5 donation to the District 196 Foundation equals one vote.
The more you donate, the more votes you cast!

Each $5 vote is a donation to the District 196 Foundation which is the only charitable entity dedicated to eliminating barriers to learning across the entire school district. 
Proceeds will go directly to support District 196 Foundation programs.

The teachers and staff at each winning school will be showered with treats on Monday, May 18th!

Your “vote” will not only show love for your favorite schools, but it will also support the foundation in:

  • Distributing 4,000+ bags of food to students each year to access consistent weekend meals,

  • Providing age and culturally-appropriate summer books for students to help maintain reading levels over the summer,

  • Ensuring every student who wants to participate in band has the opportunity by helping to refurbish nearly 600 instruments, and

  • Filling other critical funding gaps to ensure all students are equipped to learn!
